This is a beautiful painting, I love that hymn, makes me sad that hymns aren't sung in "modern" churches anymore. Thank you for reminding me of it.

Thank you, Sharon. I actually tried to paint that hymn earlier in the 30 days. But I scraped it all off three times and painted something else. After that, I painted a lot of atmospheric outdoor scenes. I believe that prepared me to paint this piece on the last day. I guess I had a lot more to learn before I could paint that hymn. I'm very please with the finished piece. And I'm glad you like it. thanks for sharing. Look up Hymns on my blog and you can find some of my other abstracts.
